Cultivate

Ten 300 m² light-deprivation greenhouses — 3,000 m² of canopy on a 20-hectare site at 1,551 m in the Zimbabwe Highveld.
GACP-compliant build under a signed turnkey contract with a first-wave SAHPRA-licensed South African producer — delivered to specification, then handed over.
Boreholes, utilities and access in place on site; backup power in the build envelope.
Room-level climate, irrigation and substrate telemetry — every reading lands on the equipment it came from.

02 · Operations

Process

A 700 m² GMP facility under our direct operation — drying, trimming, QC, bulk packaging and dispatch.
The service chain, fixed in contract: intake and chain-of-custody → climate-controlled drying (18–22 °C, 55–65% RH) → trim & sort → QC release → vacuum-sealed, nitrogen-flushed bulk pack → FIFO/FEFO warehousing → documented dispatch.
Contract KPIs, not aspirations — drying ≤ 14 days · QC batch release ≤ 5 working days · packaging error ≤ 0.5%.
A Qualified Person signs every batch release; agents act within documented authority, never beyond it.

Document

Batch-level traceability is a condition of legal operation, not a feature — every batch traceable to source.
An override outside authority produces a refusal, written to an immutable ledger — the attempt itself becomes evidence.
A showroom twin runs the full pipeline in compressed time, seed to invoice pack, on synthetic data — 69 ledgered events per run.
The dispatch documentation pack — batch records, drying logs, QC certificates — is assembled by the system, not by hand.
